1. Shipping Charges

All orders are delivered with applicable shipping charges.

The exact shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed. Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order value

  • Product quantity

  • Parcel weight

  • Courier availability

  • Additional handling requirements

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by Dr CATS or the wrong, damaged or defective product is delivered.

2. Delivery Time

After the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

3–5 business days

Business days normally exclude Sundays, public holidays and courier holidays.

The delivery period begins from the date the parcel is handed over to the courier, not from the date the order is placed.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment or order verification is completed.

Customers will receive shipping or tracking information after the order is dispatched, where tracking is available.

Custom-sized, altered or personalised products may require additional preparation time. The estimated processing period for such products will be communicated separately.

4. Delivery Locations

We deliver to serviceable locations across India.

Delivery availability depends on the courier service operating in the customer’s area. Some remote or restricted PIN codes may require additional delivery time or may not be serviceable.

If an address cannot be serviced, our team will contact the customer using the phone number or email address provided during checkout.

5. Delivery Delays

The estimated delivery period is provided as guidance and is not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed because of:

  • Courier or logistics delays

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Regional service interruptions

  • High order volumes

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Dr CATS will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed orders, but we cannot directly control third-party courier operations.

6. Correct Delivery Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including:

  • Recipient name

  • Complete address

  • Landmark, where necessary

  • City and state

  • Correct PIN code

  • Active mobile number

Dr CATS will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be re-dispatched because of an incorrect address or customer unavailability.

7. Tracking Your Order

After the order is shipped, tracking information may be sent through:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

  • Customer account

  • Courier tracking link

Tracking details may take several hours to become active after dispatch.

8. Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact the customer before or during delivery.

Customers should keep their registered mobile number active and ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel.

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel or cannot be contacted, the courier may return the order to Dr CATS.

Re-dispatch will be subject to additional shipping charges.

9. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Customers should check the outer packaging before accepting the parcel.

If the parcel appears damaged, opened or tampered with:

  • Take photographs before opening it

  • Record an uninterrupted unpacking video

  • Keep the original packaging and shipping label

  • Contact Dr CATS within 48 hours of delivery

Do not discard the packaging until the issue has been resolved.

10. Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Product photographs

  • Parcel photographs

  • Shipping-label photograph

  • Unpacking video, where available

  • A clear explanation of the issue

Approved requests will be handled according to our Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy.

11. Cash-on-Delivery Orders

Cash on delivery will be available only when displayed during checkout.

Additional cash-on-delivery or handling charges may apply.

Repeated refusal of confirmed cash-on-delivery orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.

12. International Shipping

Dr CATS currently ships within India unless international delivery is specifically confirmed by our team.

Customers seeking international delivery should contact us before placing an order.
