We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, designs, prices, size information and photographs accurately.

• Measurements may vary slightly due to the cutting and stitching process.

• Product images may contain styling items or accessories that are not included unless specifically mentioned.

4. Size Selection

You are responsible for selecting the appropriate size using the measurements provided on the product page or Size Guide.

Age labels such as 1Y, 2Y, 3Y, 4Y and 5Y are general references. A child’s suitable size may vary depending on height, chest measurement and body type.

Women’s sizes such as XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL, 4XL and 5XL should be selected according to the applicable product measurement chart.

A size used by another brand may not be identical to the corresponding Dr CATS size.

Where an exchange request arises because the customer selected the wrong size, the request will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Pricing and Taxes

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on the information displayed during checkout and the Company’s tax registration status.

Shipping charges, custom-size charges, cash-on-delivery fees or other applicable charges will be shown before the customer completes payment.

We may change product prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders already accepted and paid for, except where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.

Where required, invoices or bills will be issued in accordance with applicable tax requirements. Official GST invoice rules specify the required particulars for registered suppliers. (CBIC GST)

6. Placing an Order

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve the product or create a confirmed order.

Your order is submitted when you complete checkout. Receipt of an automated email, SMS or WhatsApp message only confirms that we have received the order request.

An order becomes accepted when:

9.Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the parcel after delivery.

Where a package appears damaged, tampered with or incorrectly sealed, the customer should take photographs or an unpacking video before fully opening it.

Claims concerning a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product must be submitted within the period specified in our Return and Refund Policy.

The customer may be asked to provide:

Dr CATS may cancel an order when fulfilment is not reasonably possible. In such cases, the eligible prepaid amount will be refunded.
